Censum is an AI assistant that may help with chat, planning, summaries, reminders, and connected third-party services.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you must be at least 16 or the age required by local law to use the Services without parental consent.

• You may need an account to use some or all of the Services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• If you connect third-party services, you authorize us to access and process the data needed to provide those features
• Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any law or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' data
• Upload or transmit harmful code, malware, or abusive content
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Services
• Copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the Services except as permitted by law
• Use the Services to send spam or deceptive communications

Some features may be offered for free and some may become paid in the future. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We and our licensors own the Services, including the software, branding, and related intellectual property, except for content you provide.

You retain ownership of your content. You give us a limited license to host, store, process, and use your content as necessary to operate and improve the Services.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIANGL LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Services or other users, or if we discontinue the Services.

If you download the app through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Triangl Labs, Inc., not Apple, and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app except as required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here and may also notify you by email, through the app, or by another reasonable method.
